Her maiden voyage being on 08 May 2004, Jewel of the Seas is one of the most recent Royal Caribbean acquisitions. This spacious but comfortable cruise ship has a capacity to carry just over 2,500 passengers, and is relatively speedy in terms of cruise ships with a cruising speed of 25 knots.

Jewel of the Seas boasts the highest number of outside cabins in the Royal Caribbean fleet but the really impressive feature is the ten-storey glass Centrum. She also has elevators facing out to sea and there are wonderful ocean views to be enjoyed from almost everywhere on the ship.
